Soo over hyped - Recensione dipendente - Senior Business Designer presso IDEO

IDEO has been great at building a reputation and has been banking on that for nearly two decades. The problem is that they don't really offer anything truly new - they simply regurgitate a bunch of design thinking / "human centred design" concepts that anyone could learn in a few days by doing some online training on the subject. I was really disappointed by what they say they do and what they actually do. It's a great business model that makes lots of money for the partners but if you want to do something truly innovative look elsewhere.
