Red flags before the interview - Recensione dipendente - Optical Technician presso IDEX

Management often tells lies and doesn't fulfill promises. The company was very unorganized and offered very little training. First few months felt out of place with little to do and then judged heavily by others for the lack of training on their part. When management missed their interview with me twice in a row that immediately gave me red flags. Stole PTO from me without notifying me until 2 months later because their time clock was faulty and would report me having less hours than I clocked in for. Overall one of the worst companies I've ever worked for.
