IDEX gives lots of opportunities to learn and realign through bubble assignments and other postings. They provide team members the psychological safety to try something that may be hard or new where they may not be very good at, initially. This helps develop the right muscle memory for the team going forward to be flexible and agile to change and taking calculated risks.
