The market research function at IDEX need a lot of improvements and in fact the entire Marketing and Strategy department. Market research, market intelligence, marketing strategy. The works done are not at a deep level and the SOPs and guidance level is missing. Lot of politics in name of "culture". Compensation is way below what a US MNC should offer.
