Great local operation through distribution facility. Excellent product mix. Branch managers and DC managers are top notch.

Ownership is clueless about appropriate and competitive pay for sales reps. Keep it all at the top. Frat boy mentality allows for mediocre reps to stick around as long as they can pal around. Hard work and sales success are meaningless and not rewarded with pay and accolades appropriately. Drivers were also paid and treated like expendable garbage. That was actually very hard to watch as the best drivers kept leaving for more pay and temp drivers weren't reliable. Health insurance plan was abhorrent and HR was given a better option and didn't pursue it.

- Do not promote from within. - Little recognition unless it is presented by yourself. - Expected to act as a salesman while receiving none of the benefits of your title is different.
