IDI is a family owned business that believes business is built on relationships. They believe that with their employees as well. They will support you if you have the patience to deal with some of the BS that's involved with this type of business.

Svantaggi

There are a lot of systems and inefficiencies of systems that are always a work in progress. You can get bogged down in the systems and I think everyone thinks they are quicker than they actually are. It can pull you way of doing what you should be and that is selling in my case. But it is much worse at other places and they're always trying to improve this.
