Regarding VADODARA branch it's a traumatic place for any employee as the management especially the seniors are despicable people engaging in horrendous behaviour who are supported by the higher management. They pander petty politics and target employees who are not appeasing them. Many complaints to the higher management in the past have not yielded positive results and this led to resignations of performance-oriented employees. This exodus will continue if the management of that branch is not replaced. IDP also need to improve its training system which is given for just 3 days. The CRM being used is not friendly. Many things on CRM are to be done manually which makes no sense. There are too many parameters to follow for the CRM because of which employees core job has shifted from counselling to updating CRM. Since it is an organisation that follows a centralised process all things to fall in place take lot of time. CR team should be made accountable as they are now in a comfort zone of working in the head office and do not take the trouble of travelling to the branch offices especially during education fairs. Similarly the HR department should also make regular visits to all the branch offices to find out the prevailing culture and should be un-biased when it comes to taking tough decisions. If they had done that then the situation in Vadodara would have been different. Finance department is never available for queries as many employees are perplexed concerning their incentive calculation.
