1) Extreme Micromanagement which feels suffocating 2) If you've been given a 5-minute tea break, and you exceed it by 1 minute, you will instantly get highlighted for taking long breaks. 3) One thing I've learnt from here is to become a good and empathetic employer/CEO in the future when I own a company/business Insha Allah. Empathy goes a long way which people over here clearly don't understand. Being unncessarily strict and inhumane won't increase your employees productivity and performance at all rather it will push them to resign. 4) They really need to work on their policies to retain employees rather they prefer suffocating them on mere and trivial tea breaks than doing the actual work. 5) Not a good place for sensitive people like me because people here have no empathy and kidness at all. These traits actually lack here in people which shows what kind of people they are.
