Company is working on a transition from its historical Telecom business into more application-oriented products in communications and financial services and is embracing cloud technology.. This is creating opportunities for motivated technology, product and support people to show they can help drive the changes needed. The company has laid the groundwork with a new, very contemporary office space in its old/new building in Newark. Newark itself is getting more interesting by the day. I've been here a loooong time and I've never been bored or felt that my career had stalled.

Management vision sometimes changes too quickly for people to keep up. Company is struggling with whether to create more or less structure to promote innovation. There are probably more people with lengthy tenures here than is healthy - it is time for more fresh eyes.
