We strive to offer a truly flexible work environment: one that trusts our team to manage their own hours and prioritize their work-life balance. However, because we maintain a high-uptime US product, certain roles do require occasional on-call support for system outages.
We recognize that on-call duties are demanding and as such, we iscuss these specific requirements openly during the initial interview process so there are no surprises and we balance the load by using our flexible scheduling policy to allow team members to 'swap' time or take extra downtime after handling off-hours issues.
