Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We rely heavily on utilization data from our internal systems to determine how "stretched" employees are. While we don't want people to feel burned out or exhausted, as you note, we do expect that everyone will lean in and be busy during their workdays. This is how agencies operate and we're no different than the rest. We're also sorry to hear that you don't believe transparency exists. As a company, leadership does weekly standups on a local level in which they communicate the good, bad and ugly of where the business is. This includes client wins, losses, who's in the pipeline, what was pitched, etc. We also hold a handful of worldwide town halls every year in which there is open, honest communication about wins, losses, how the company is doing towards financial targets, updates on each practice area, where the company is investing from a product and focus perspective and much more. It sounds as though, while there is a great amount of transparency of information, you may not have had full appreciation for the information that was being given. We suggest you reach out to your leadership for more information if you feel you've been kept in the dark. Anyone up to the CEO will be happy to provide more clarity that you feel you need.
