      The business model is rigid and makes it challenging to achieve sustainable localized impact. There are perennial people issues that challenge the organization's commitment to breaking negative diversity and inclusion practices, which make it a challenging work environment especially for local experts. Mismatch between business model and org goals, and ineffective hierachies and structures within the org make problem solving and work life balance a challenge and difficult to resolve.
