No career growth, No learning opportunities, No ethics . The HR team specially the managers are worst they don’t have proper policy in place it keeps on changing as per their convenience. The HR mangers and VP doesn’t follow any of the rules and expect employees to follow it , lot of politics. They make sure to terminate employees If someone is speaking against them they are not bothered about the employees performance. No ethics , No professionalism.
