need more hours, only worked 2 hrs/week in off season

It was fun working with kids. iDTech provided some great resources to structure camp lessons around and the periodic meetings with other instructors and the manager was a good place to learn and share camp teaching and management advice.

There were occasionally enrollment issues where families would unknowingly enroll there kids up for the same course twice saying they were told it would be different. Unless the family really complained to management, we were told to kinda figure it out and create a new curriculum for one kid in particular while teaching the whole class.
