The benefits and location are very good. Summer months the company is allowed to work 4 day work week with Friday's 1/2 day off. This allowed me and my colleagues to enjoy a little more of the summer months. This gives you an uneasy feeling yet the employees continue to give 100% of their attention to the job at hand. This employees are the largest assets in the organization. They are trying new innovative ideas and are managing the business forward.
