No room for growth. Pretty much do the same job until retirement. Managers don’t take the time to allow you to grow. Also if you are the type of person to give your opinion and ideas, it’s frown upon. Will always blame you, even if volunteers make unintentional mistakes. If you want to grow your career go somewhere else, if you are happy doing the same job forever than it’s a good spot.
