      Very family oriented company with supportive managers and good coworkers A lot of growth in the past few years Company always pays everyone a profit share which is nice The management seems to care about a lot about employee safety and I'm getting the training I need

      There's been a lot of changes in the last year, which makes it hard for people to understand where they fit Company's growing so fast there are too many new faces
