Poor Place - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso IEP Systems

Hours were all over for awhile. 9-4:30pm. 8-4:30pm. 10am-2pm, 12pm-4:00pm. It doesn't seem like a real job while you are there. Two bosses who constantly bump heads and go behind each others backs. Employees keep leaving. Some last only a few weeks before they get fed up. In the winter the building is absolutely freezing. The owner is cheap and refuses to pay for any insulation. The owner is cheap in every way possible. Pushes out products that aren't finished. Owner and General Manager aren't certified to be working with electric but do so anyways. Would rather hire inexperienced workers to avoid paying for someone with the education and experience.
