High pay, good benefits, flexible working

IERUS Technologies has gone downhill in 2024 faster than the stock market in a democrat presidency. They have no idea how to handle money, try to quietly get people to quit by making their lives unbearable, then fire them with trumped up charges when they keep their head down and do their job. IERUS promises a lot of resources for you to utilize to submit proposals for work you're interested in doing, but they don't actually provide those resources. Then, when your proposal isn't picked, you get yelled at for writing a bad proposal and demeaned by being told you're too new to the industry to know what you are doing. If there is an issue between you and another coworker, you will not be told what the issue is so that you can remedy it. Instead you'll be investigated behind your back and then terminated without being told what the actual complaint was....keep in mind that no one will ever talk to you about this so you cannot provide a defense for yourself.
