Leadership is open to suggestions and/or new ideas. They trust their managers to run their respective parts of the company such that critical and strategic planning can take place.

It is a regional, mid-size company and as such there are at times difficulties with access to personal and/or resources compared to larger corporate companies. We expect a lot from each of our core team members - from the entry-level part time members on the branch level on up to the corporate team and department heads.
