Mumbai HR least bothered about people, right work allocation, work life balance etc. No use of wins and results, if one doesn't suck up to leaders. Leaders have no respect for co-leaders, busy shining themselves before management. Send people abroad for a stint of few months after they resign. Life is tougher for achievers here.
