Absolute terrible management. They care about one thing and one thing only. Sales. This has hurt them in the market because they have a reputation now of not being able to deliver. They have not had a single project finish on time in years. They are more focused on "messaging" and "optics" than actually being able to deliver.
In the same time frame that they cut benefits, refused to hire more developers and consultants and raised the billing targets, they have hired no less than 15 VP's, C-levels, and directors. In that same time frame, they rented out the entire Universal studios and spent Millions on unbudgeted dinners and parties for sales and pre-sales. The ROI on this does not exist. This same team turned around and stated we will miss year end revenue targets and there will be no raises or bonuses. Seems well managed huh?
You are completely barred from bringing this up as well. Management will threaten you, call you names and bully you into submission or until you leave. Once you decide to leave they bully you even more and bad mouth you to your current customers.
IFS has a great product. The benefit to the customers in the market is huge. However, IFS corporate is unable to deliver on this promise anymore. This company from an implementation standpoint is in massive free fall.
