Thank you for your feedback, both the pros and cons. As IFTTT’s CEO, I apologize if you felt micro-managed. It was not my intent. I am incredibly passionate about our product, brand, and culture and that passion can lead me to express opinions on projects that others own. This tendency is something I am aware of and am working very hard to improve on. I truly appreciate this opportunity to grow. Over the last 5 years, our team has worked to realize a future of seamless computing. Opportunities like ours are rare, and up-front investments are at times necessary to get to a position that generates meaningful revenue. Fortunately, we have raised funds from supportive investors, and we have been intentional and transparent with how we allocate it. Our current plan and burn rate gives us multiple years of runway to realize our vision. At any startup, change is the only constant.
