Executive leadership actively destroying the culture to force unpopular changes during these uncertain times instead of supporting staff. They are slowly outsourcing jobs to reduce costs. Rolling in return to office. Ramping up monitoring and metrics so they can micromanage staff. Very little room for growth. General mood in the office is poor, and complaints are trivialised by senior leadership releasing pointless videos to try and justify the above decisions. Could be a very dynamic and engaging work environment with a change of senior leadership.
