Great networking, interesting projects and flexible hours

Lack of direction, training, promised bonuses that never occurred

-A frequent sense of panic/urgency for any and every project -Employee treatment (bonuses, compensation in general days off for overtime....) depend heavily on the level and type of education(STEM is usually more respected and seen as useful, while admin jobs are seen as easily replaceable and generally unnecessary) and sector one works in. -Frequent cliques in some parts of middle management, often at costs to employees. -Unreasonable deadlines and quiet layoffs due to ongoing financial issues(for over 5 years)
