Deteriorating facility, lack of investment in basic of the plant. Plant closed.

Pay is good but you need to negotiate well

Poor managment from top to bottom. Local management changed extremely frequent. No respect, no royalty, no strategy and only cost reduction by force people resign. Management only want to sell the company and get their bonus in 2 years, nothing else.
