      IGT is a good company to start with after collage. Benefits are okay based on Reno.

      There are lots of high performers get skipped by the management. If you are a hard working Engineer and not vocal, the management will skip you and promote less performer who shows him as a high performer. IGT already lost lots of high performer engineers from the PA department due to weak and non-technical management.
