Aimless upper management Constant reorganization hurts the company in many ways including lack of contributor recognition because employees are moving to to management structure all to often. This leads to employee apathy. Constant reorganization has put new outside management who is blind to the importance of tribal knowledge and historical workflow mistakes. This means that they are doomed to repeat the mistakes. Longterm employees are feeling that their experience and history is too quickly disregarded and as such have begun to stop giving input.
