Don't join. Not kidding, just don't. Everything that you read here, which is positive, is funnily scripted. I suppose they're using ChatGPT or else might have hired someone to write these positive reviews. The management here knows everything, at least that is what they'd like to believe. They ask for feedback, listen to it from one ear and let go off another. The people are good, but, they're not aware of what they're doing. And, neither are they ready to seek help. The first step to solving a problem is acknowledging that you have a problem. Sadly, no one here (Management) thinks that they're doing something or anything wrong for that matter. Again, these are good people, just unaware of what they're dealing with. If you're in a dire need of a job, sure, join this company. If you're actually looking to grow, please don't. You'll go through a lot of mental anguish everyday.
