I enjoyed working there and the people above me were helpful and kind.

I have no cons for my experience

generally nice staff. they had a kitchen and nice office space, good clients, connections, and placements

poor training for entry level workers, you learn as you go and mostly grunt work (as typical in most fashion pr agencies). typical hierarchical work environment, not collaborative. was difficult to understand what was going on.. also salaried (nonexempt) with no overtime which is technically illegal.
