This is the most friendly and caring office I have ever worked at. The management team goes out of their way to make sure that you are happy and enjoy working here. The benefits are top tier.

The only office option is in Wilmington, Having the option to work from home for all employees not just account managers would be ideal.

Good PTO and health benefits

Feedback was positive (or sometimes nonexistent) leading up to my termination. I had one meeting in which I was told to improve an area of my work performance, with no guidance on how to achieve that. Supposedly I was not in trouble and they just wanted me to learn and grow in the company. I was not written up or given a warning, this meeting was simply a discussion. No measurable standards were given for me to meet, so going forward I had no way of knowing if my performance was meeting expectations. I received a positive annual review and then was terminated within the month. No support is given to help employees succeed. You are on your own to figure out what they demand from you and how you can reach that goal. Because of this, there is absolutely no job security. You could be fired at any time.
