Due to the economic downturn caused by covid we were forced to operate a low cost to the company; however, as we get through this, we hope to re-evaluate things such as salaries.       This is the most friendly and caring office I have ever worked at. The management team goes out of their way to make sure that you are happy and enjoy working here. The benefits are top tier.

      The only office option is in Wilmington, Having the option to work from home for all employees not just account managers would be ideal.
