The company is poorly managed. The direction and decision making policies change frequently and often without explanation. Often policy changes directly and negatively effect employees at the boutique level. Most of the promotions are base on personal relationships (nepotism) rather than professional standing. The upper management is petty and often bases its decisions on personal preferences for certain employees. There is no personal/professional balance and often employees are called on off days to answer questions and help with clients. The compensation is poor and there is no real incentive to perform at all.
