However, management is proactive in making sure we have the help we need to stay on track. They’re always checking in, offering support, and doing what they can to ease the pressure. It’s clear they value both productivity and mental health, which is rare and deeply appreciated. I experienced a personal injury (unrelated to work) that left me unable to walk properly for over six months. During that time, ilux went above and beyond. Management and HR were in regular contact, offering support and even arranging occupational health assistance. Their compassion and flexibility during that period made a difficult time far more manageable, and I’ll never forget how well they treated me. Training and development are also well supported.
