The benefits and movie-related perks are nice, and overall, I find the work engaging and aligned with industry standards.

At IMAX, I sometimes feel frustrated by inconsistent leadership and limited opportunities for career growth. The pay can feel average compared to expectations. I’ve noticed communication issues and occasional uncertainty in company direction. Work-life balance can also be challenging, especially with changing policies and management decisions.
