- few great people - lots of perks (social events, free lunches etc) - parking pass

- management are useless and do not listen when your drowning - half the time, direct managers (comms) do not know what their talking about - very cliquey and catty (management / HR) - recognition always directed at the people who do nothing - no support for personal issues - even when you have completed your hours, you are still working as the workload is so heavy - people work in evening and weekends which is not fair - no flexibility to wfh (example if you have an appointment - seen as replaceable and a number
