      If you don't have a job, this is pretty much a guaranteed hire.

      It's very possible that you will walk outside, 8 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, and you make nothing. Happened to me a few times, and I saw it happen often to others. Also you have to waste two hours of your day getting a little motivational speech, so that when you go out and succeed, it's because imc set you up for that success, and if you fail, it's all on you and don't go to them when you get $200 for well over 50 hours of work.

      Love the people! Everyone makes you feel like you're part of the family. It's a great place to work because you're friends with your coworkers, which is REALLY important. Everyone cares about you and your personal growth, which is a huge plus. All of my previous jobs were different - everyone just clocked in and clocked out. The client - Verizon comes in once a week and buys us all lunch too - pretty cool!

      Your time here will be what you make of it. As long as you don't mind working hard you're good. Very fast paced at times - can get stressful.
