4yWe are very sorry that your experience at IMM was not a positive one.
In light of the past 2 years and the challenges brought about by remote work, we have worked very hard to ensure that all employees feel welcome, heard and valued. It sounds like your experience was an exception to that and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention so that we can continue to work with managers and teams alike to build connections with their colleagues.
If you recently departed you know that we just finished surveying employees for honest feedback regarding their sense of inclusivity, respect and sense of value - happily we can report that over 90% of those that responded (with 100% response from the IMM team) felt included, respected and supported at IMM. That said, every organization has areas in which we can improve and we are very much looking forward to implementing some of the recommendations the team shared.
