Everyone is very approachable and welcome you with warm arms into the business - There is a lot of new opportunities to get involved in within Marketing and I've always been encouraged to take on new projects to learn more about the business - The HR team are great at training, boosting morale and keeping people in the loop (especially during COVID-19)

- There needs to be more communication about business development - It would be good to get more in-depth introductions to some new starters when they join - due to COVID and being such a global brand we don't always know who has started and when as we're not seeing them around the office anymore.
