Questionable leadership which has become quite top heavy especially upper management and account with countless VP titles of which most are undeserving. Many closed door meetings, not enough transparency. Continually shrinking mid-level directors and workers who are already stretched across multiple accounts in part due to poor negotiations of client contracts and retainers. People are not listened to, trained or mentored. It's a sink or swim culture with the leaders not providing meaningful support. HR in that office is biased and untrustworthy.
