We are always working to improve the way we distribute workloads, ensuring that deadlines are realistic and manageable. We’re also always reviewing enhanced project planning tools to better align resources with project demands.
2. Enhancing Support & Mentorship: Investing in our junior engineers is a top priority, as outlined within the IN2 Academy. We recognize the importance of structured training and mentorship. To better support employee growth, we have implemented more structured onboarding programs, ongoing mentorship initiatives, and clearer developmental resources, all designed to help our junior engineers succeed without being overwhelmed.
3. Adopting Modern Technology: We are always exploring the integration of more advanced technologies, including software and hardware. By adopting such technologies, we aim to improve efficiency, reduce repetitive tasks, and help our team stay ahead of industry trends.
