There is a good variety of work, which keeps the role interesting and gives opportunities to learn and develop. The company has a positive working environment, and there is a good level of trust given to staff to manage their own workload. Senior staff are knowledgeable, and there are good opportunities to gain experience across different project types.

Communication between teams could sometimes be improved, especially when priorities change or when several projects are running at the same time. There may also be room for more structured training and clearer progression planning.

Everyone is nice and helpful, the IN2 Academy is a great way to increase knowlegde on engineering subjects
