Name recognition as they are well respected for knowledge and expertise in the MCAD domain. Being part of the Tata family and presence in world markets is a plus but unfortunately this doesn't imply worker mobility.

Does not take knowledge worker development very seriously (i.e. no concerted effort to augment internal group learning and external skills building). Hazy career path within the company although there seems to be a lot of seniors in the company.
Information doesn't flow through on some important matters such as organizational changes. Informal communication left to its own devices (user email, telephone) and low sharing.
