- Interesting area of IP enforcement (though novelty quickly wears off...) - Working-level colleagues are great - often over-qualified - but effective, helpful, supportive and friendly

- Professional development; company seems more willing to take on new external staff for a minimal salary, rather than investing or rewarding existing and experienced staff. This means the personnel turnover is accelerating and institutional memory/expertise dwindling, damaging the level of analysis and enforcement. - Salary; analysts are severely underpaid compared to developers, despite the company's software often not fulfilling requirements or performing as clients expect. - Culture and HR; overtime is normal, with little practice of compensating through time off in lieu etc. There are imbalanced HR terms between different teams and individuals, which affects employee motivation. - Management; senior and mid-level managers are reluctant to reform the company and rarely act on employee feedback. Cliques exist throughout. Do not expect it to be run like a startup with flexibility and innovation. Instead, it is run like a traditional law or business services firm, with a worrying scepticism of employee views. This makes working for the company demoralising. It is an unsustainable way to run day-to-day operations.
