Relatively high pay for freelancers.

Terrible pay for full-time staff with little to no opportunities for upward mobility unless you prove yourself to be as toxic and exploitative as leadership. Producers are overworked, underpaid, and will fire freelancers for the smallest grievance (like not smiling enough). They claim to value diversity but there are absolutely no POC in management positions. They refuse to address racial or sexual harassment, they'd rather fire you instead. Very very unsafe area in DTLA Arts district with zero protections for employees or their belongings. Witnessed many thefts and break-ins. Incredibly toxic and discriminatory workplace.
