There is a pattern of taking advantage of team members’ time and effort, with little recognition or growth opportunity. If you push back or advocate for reasonable boundaries, it is not well received and can impact job security. Processes are disorganized, priorities constantly shift, and decision-making is inconsistent. For anyone coming from a more established or reputable organization, the lack of structure and expertise is very apparent.
