The hybrid working scheme was only available to full-time employees, If you wanted to progress to supervisor or floor Manager this wasn't available. No incentive to progress in your career, the pay for the supervisor and manager roles did not offer an incentive to progress your career to a higher position. Many mistakes are made by floor supervisors/managers which can affect your quarterly score. To add to this 3 tickets for employees are not enough for them to file a query against these mistakes made against their score. There was a lot of trial and error with different procedures that were implemented during my time there. Some things are overlooked Most snacks/noodles are mainly for those on the day shift, by the time the afternoon/nightshift workers arrive there's not much left besides some tea and bananas and maybe a pear or an apple
