The colleagues here are some of the best I’ve worked with,supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work alongside. The overall team culture at the peer level is strong.

At the same time, there seems to be a pattern of preventing strong team alignment or cohesion. A lack of unity within the team can create an environment where individuals feel isolated rather than supported, ultimately weakening collaboration and trust. This approach may unintentionally (or otherwise) preserve short-term control, but it comes at the cost of transparency, innovation, and long-term team effectiveness.
