Vantaggi

Perks and career growth depends on the client that you’re attached with, it can be really good. Able to experience Scandinavian work culture which value transparency, close to flat organisation hierarchy, and work life balance.

Svantaggi

Will sometimes fall into identity crisis as the client wanted you to think you’re apart of them but at the same time you need to remind yourself that you’re just a consultant from Inscale. Employees activities such as team building, luncheon etc. can be underwhelming but Inscale management is constantly trying to improve it. Again, compensation and perks really depending on the client therefore it can be really good, average or below average. Career growth can stagnant pretty quick.

Vantaggi

The colleagues here are some of the best I’ve worked with, supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work alongside. The overall team culture at the peer level is strong.

Svantaggi

There are also concerns around how feedback and team dynamics are being managed. Individuals who openly voice constructive feedback appear to be discouraged, which risks silencing valuable perspectives that could otherwise improve team performance. At the same time, there seems to be a pattern of preventing strong team alignment or cohesion. A lack of unity within the team can create an environment where individuals feel isolated rather than supported, ultimately weakening collaboration and trust. This approach may unintentionally (or otherwise) preserve short-term control, but it comes at the cost of transparency, innovation, and long-term team effectiveness. Healthy teams rely on open communication and mutual trust, without these, both morale and performance are likely to decline.
