INSEAD offers very comprehensive medical benefits, up to 1.65 million annual maximum cap. Coverage extends to your spouse and your child EACH having 1.65million cap. - Hospital charges, surgical procedures, physiotherapy etc can be claimed in full. - Outpatient Healthcare annual maximum up to 15K per year. - Maternity Benefits paid up to 60K per year for complicated in patient and complicated out patient. - Routine physical Exams/Papsmear/ Prostate cancer screening/Mammograms up to 1.2K per year Dental coverage - up to 2K per year There are exclusions too which you have to read in the plan. Leave coverage is decent: - 18 days for your 1-2 year, - 21 days after 2 years, - 25 days after 5 years INSEAD does job mapping so the salary reimbursed is pretty competitive and fair compared to other local companies who try to push down your salary in my opinion. I would say this company is a good place to work in if you have children as the medical benefits is very competitive.
